I strongly advise parents not to be fooled by the flashy advertisements or the reputation of NAFL Basaveshwarnagar. I strongly advise parents not to be fooled by the flashy advertisements or the reputation of NAFL Basaveshwarnagar. The school faces frequent faculty turnover and this is like every 2 to 3 month, teachers leave, which seriously disrupts the learning process. For example, children enrolled for French classes were made to attend Hindi classes due to a lack of available French teachers.
Moreover, the school offers almost no extracurricular activities, which is essential for a well-rounded education. The principal, who joined from Trio, comes across as very arrogant and dismissive of any feedback. Unfortunately, there seems to be little to no interest in improving the quality of education.
Please be cautious and consider these issues before enrolling your child here. Don’t fall for their marketing hype.

We had enrolled for pre-montesorri and after a breaif discussion the admin asked us to visit the school and when we visited they treated us very bad saying the admission is closed for pre - montessori by September itself. In that case why ask us visit the school and discuss fee structure and everything. Very unprofessional. They treat parents like this i can only imagine how they can treat kids.

The teachers being hired, touted as having IB backgrounds, oft... If you are considering NAFL as a brand and expect the same quality of education as NAFL Basaveshwaranagar, we may be falling into a trap. The teachers being hired, touted as having IB backgrounds, often have poor English skills and lack the necessary subject expertise. This indicates that the school prioritizes appearances, like showcasing sports facilities, over hiring quality educators. As we approach the end of the year, it's disheartening to see that not a single sports facility has been made available. I hope Mr. Gopal Krishna or the NAFL management takes this message seriously and addresses these concerns.

We recently enrolled our child at NAFL but due to a work-related move to another part of Bangalore, we can no longer continue with the admission. When we requested a refund, we were disappointed to find that NAFL refused to return our money. This is a significant financial loss for us. It's standard practice for schools to deduct a fee and refund the remaining amount, but this has not been our experience with NAFL. We're truly disappointed with this outcome.

As we were relocating to North Bangalore, we were looking at the best schools in and around Hebbal, when we heard about NAFL opening a new branch at Jakkur from few of our friends.
When we approached... As we were relocating to North Bangalore, we were looking at the best schools in and around Hebbal, when we heard about NAFL opening a new branch at Jakkur from few of our friends.
When we approached the school, we felt welcomed. Our child had to write the enterance test, however, the team made her feel comfortable and happy writing the test.
The admissions team and the admin team were courteous in guiding and explaining us about the facilities and academic standard provided by the school too.
We also got an opportunity to meet the principal personally and she was polite and patient in answering to all our questions. She was clear on what the school will provide for this academic year 2024-25 and she was also kind to support us with a transport facility to and fro home to school considering the safety of my child. She assured that the school focuses on the safety and well being of every child and they will do their best to not compromise on this. She also explained that though this school caters to ICSE syllabus until 7th and from 8th, the children will have an option to choose between ICSE or Cambridge syllabus, we loved the fact that the principals vision is to eliminate the traditional learning methods and inculcate experiential learning and hands on learning methodology so that all children are prepared to learn either of the syllabus flawlessly when they reach 8th.
The school aims at providing well experienced and passionate educators and limits the number of students (20 in each class) which allows the educators to provide individual attention. It also offers a huge infrastructure with multiple activities and sport facilities including dance, instruments, swimming, gymnastics, art, and football ground enabling equal importance to both academic and co curricular activities. They also have an in house cafeteria catering to healthy snacks and lunch at school for the all children.
As parents we look forward for this academic year and we are excited to start this new journey along the school helping my child nuture and grow with flying colours.
