The principal Ms. Shobhna Sirohi's behavior toward parents is often arrogant and confrontational. Instead of handling concerns with professionalism and empathy, she resorts to shouting and intimidation. This is unacceptable in an educational institution that should promote respect and constructive dialogue.
More importantly, serious issues such as bullying, teasing, and body shaming among students have not been properly addressed. Despite repeated complaints, there appears to be little effective action taken to ensure student safety and well-being. What is even more troubling is that when parents raise these concerns, they are met with hostility rather than solutions. The principal has reportedly threatened parents by saying, “you dont know about me, I am different,” which only creates fear instead of trust.
A school leader is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children. Unfortunately, the current leadership has failed to demonstrate the maturity, accountability, and sensitivity required for this role. It is difficult to understand why the management continues to retain her despite these ongoing issues.
The school deserves leadership that prioritizes student welfare, listens to parents respectfully, and addresses problems proactively rather than defensively.

Furthermore, the decision to issue RFID cards for children under 10 years old is questionable. If the purpose is attendance tracking, it undermines essential classroom discipline—students learning to respond to roll calls with “Good morning, Miss” or “Present, Miss.” These small interactions foster attentiveness, respect, and responsibility, which should not be replaced by automation.

Many other reputed schools manage to balance technology with traditional learning practices without burdening parents with unnecessary costs. It’s disappointing to see such basic aspects overlooked here. I sincerely hope the school re-evaluates these decisions and prioritizes both financial transparency and holistic student development.

Sadhana as a school is still on the learning curve in planning and administration. They do not have good representatives who manage the parent communications or who plan the extra curricular activitie... They do not have good representatives who manage the parent communications or who plan the extra curricular activities for children. They asked to buy skates and swimming costumes just for the sake of few classes and discontinued those. No 360 degree feedback on what parents mention during PTMs and all those are just for the sake of their record. Responses on the Parent portal concerns are very late and the concern itself will not be relevant by the time they respond. We used to talk to Siri maam and she was very helpful most of the times. Bus driver numbers posted on the parent portal will not work. Annual event planning is the worst as a common communication will be sent to all, but all classes will not have an annual day at the same time which causes confusion. I changed my daughter's school after 4 yrs as I couldn't bear the frustration of these basic things any more.

Having said the above, one positive thing is they do not give a lot of homework to children and also make the children revise things multiple times before the exams. This is something good and children need not slog again at home.

Overall, their administration needs to improve and should engage the children more on extra curricular activities and increase the frequency of those classes. 1 class per week for arts or anything will not make any child learn the skill.

And sometimes they give a call and mention that will enquire and close the ticket. Such is the service. This is my experience. Hope it helps someone.\n\nPS: Please do not chose their transport facility.

Someone at the front office evaluating a child in front of many parents and kids can impact the child's confidence levels at the beginning and can leave a impression of non-welcoming approach by the team. Sadhana may be a good school, but there is a lot of scope for improvement.

This could have been informed on Friday itself when we discussed about the admission. We are really disappointed with the Sadhana Infinity team.
