I recently had a very unpleasant encounter with the receptionist at Shivalik Public School. Not only did she lack basic communication skills, but her behavior was also highly unprofessional. Instead of attending to my query promptly, she seemed more interested in engaging in frivolous chatter, wasting both my time and hers. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the level of professionalism at the school's front desk. I hope the management takes steps to address such behavior to ensure a more welcoming and efficient environment for visitors in the future.

It's one of the best school in Tricity.\nAll the academic n non academic staff are professional n very co-operative.

Some reason why I have given one star rating.\n\n1. The 4.8 reviews on Google are fake and paid promotions.. just see all these 5 star rating been given in a same month.\n\n2. The admission coordinator is very clever and rude. She manipulates you and doesn't give clear answers to the questions.\n\n3. She is kind of hiding something and doesn't want us to meet teachers for enquiry or doesn't allow anyone to see the classroom and facilities. Admission coordinator (lady with specs) actually very clever and it is good for school but not for the parents who want to admit their wards to the school. She is rude and easily loose her patience when you ask questions. She manipulate to meet the teacher of her choice (or I whom she programmed)..seems like she is hiding something\n\n4. Shivalik school is too old and now I See why it doesn't grow and have weak rating on Google. They run a school like a lala company.\n\n5. Overall very bad experience.

This School is in Punjab and owned by Punjabi Management. Even they don't have leave on major festival of Punjab Vasakhi. How would they educate coming generation about our rich culture and values.
