I had a very negative experience during the Nursery inquiry process at this school. Upon expressing interest, I was asked to pay an advance booking fee by Geetha. The non-refundable nature of this fee... I had a very negative experience during the Nursery inquiry process at this school. Upon expressing interest, I was asked to pay an advance booking fee by Geetha. The non-refundable nature of this fee was not clearly communicated to me at the time of payment.
Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I was unable to proceed with the admission and requested a refund. Initially, I was informed that the advance payment could be adjusted towards future admissions or refunded if a new student enrolled. However, the school has now reversed this position, stating that the fee is non-refundable.
The school claims that this is standard practice, but I find this unacceptable. I am concerned about how the school intends to utilize these funds without any clear explanation or transparency.
Furthermore, the school has failed to provide any clear information regarding their refund policy. This policy was not communicated to me beforehand and is not displayed on any school notice board.
I believe the school is attempting to withhold my hard-earned money without proper justification. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of transparency demonstrated by the school.

Nd i am neww to school but also i won't forget this school and i am studying 9th now and i am feeling very proud to be an srvian and sri Raman
